Drilling

Hole drilling is a regular fabrication method that can be easily accommodated. Drill presses, self-feeding drills, and hand drilling are all working methods used depending on hole tolerances and quantities. The proper selection of drill bits can produce clean, bur-free holes with minimal fracturing on the backside of the material. Fixturing is often required when hole placement is critical.
