Powertrusion and Creative Pultrusions Announce
Manufacturing and Marketing Agreement

Las Vegas, NV (January 20, 2006) –

Powertrusion International, Inc. and Creative Pultrusions, Inc. (CPI) today announced that they have entered into an exclusive Manufacturing and Marketing Agreement.

Under the agreement, CPI will manufacture, to Powertrusion specifications, all of Powertrusion’s fiberglass composite utility and telecommunications products. Manufacturing will take place at CPI’s facilities in Alum Bank, PA. Daniel J. Lonergan, Powertrusion’s VP for Engineering, has joined CPI as Utility Product Manager.

  This strategic relationship will give Powertrusion the benefits of CPI’s manufacturing expertise and large production capability as well as direct access to CPI’s national sales and marketing program. Lonergan will provide continuity in customer support and will continue to build CPI’s distributor and representative network.

  Creative will benefit from the increased usage of its production capacity and its entry into the electric utility and telecommunications markets.

  Bo Statham , President and CEO of Powertrusion, expressed his strong belief in this strategic partnership and the continuation of Powertrusion’s long relationship with CPI. He stressed that Powertrusion’s customers will benefit from CPI’s engineering and manufacturing expertise.

  Shane E. Weyant, COO of Creative Pultrusions, believes this is a very strategic move for both corporations to strengthen and expand the path forward that Powertrusion has developed over the past seven years. The partnership will produce a unique combination of capabilities and expertise that will expand the use of composites within the electric utility and telecommunications markets.

  Powertrusion will close its plant in Las Vegas , Nevada , and relocate its corporate office to Tucson , Arizona .  Powertrusion’s products include fiberglass composite utility poles and cross-arms. Its pultrusion process produces very high quality products that have the lowest coefficient of variation in the utility pole industry.
